Tad Legros was born and raised in a Christian home and was saved at the age of 6. Although raised mostly without a father, God used specific men in his life to direct him towards the things of God. He surrendered to serve the Lord in ministry during his third year in Bible college. He graduated from Heartland Baptist Bible College in 2001, married Sandy in 2002, and then joined the staff at Lighthouse Baptist Church with Pastor Dan Tidd in Indianapolis, Indiana. After almost 10 years in Indiana, Tad, Sandy and family moved to Batesville, Arkansas to serve on staff at White Drive Baptist Church with Pastor Adam Longo in 2012. Seven years later the Legros family came to Leavenworth in August of 2019 to be the pastor of Northwest Baptist Church.

He and his wife Sandy have two daughters: Chloe and Autumn; and two sons: Levi and Josiah. Pastor Tad has a desire to see God reach the community of Leavenworth with the Gospel, and to see others become committed followers of Jesus Christ.
